You create and manage your account directly. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information you enter and for managing access to your account.

You may authorize additional users to access your account. Activity performed by authorized users is treated as activity performed by you.

3. Customer Content

You provide information to the service when you add properties, enter dates, statuses, notes, and upload documents. This information remains associated with your account and is used to present your compliance records within the service.

You retain responsibility for the content you provide and how it is used outside the service.

4. Compliance Responsibility

Commercial Property Compliance supports clarity and organization. You manage compliance actions, filings, submissions, inspections, and communications with authorities using your preferred vendors and channels.

Regulatory authorities establish their own requirements, timelines, and enforcement practices.

5. Subscription and Billing

Access to Commercial Property Compliance is provided on a month-to-month subscription basis. Pricing is based on the number of buildings associated with your account.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account.

Changes to the number of buildings in your account may affect subscription charges beginning in the applicable billing period.

6. Data Export and Continuity

You may export a complete compliance archive from your account at any time. The export is designed to support your own retention and record-keeping needs and includes information and documents you have entered or uploaded.

Export capability allows continuity of records regardless of subscription status.

7. Availability and Updates

Commercial Property Compliance is provided as an online service. Availability may vary due to maintenance, updates, or operational needs. Updates may be made to improve functionality or reflect changes in compliance guidance.

8. Acceptable Use

Use of the service is subject to the Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Termination

You may discontinue use of the service at any time by cancelling your subscription. If you cancel, your archive remains available for export.

10. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website or within the service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which Commercial Property Compliance operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
